He is the founder and CEO of SEAbridge Partners, a leading tech focused investment banking boutique in Asia. SEAbridge advises many of the top start ups in the region on fundraising and exit strategies.

Marcus has founded, grown, invested in, managed and advised over 100 businesses in Asia, Japan and the UK. He is known for his insight and creativity as well as his hands-on, entrepreneurial approach to deal making while maintaining his core values of humility, integrity and gratitude. 

Marcus is an active Board Director and Adviser and enjoys mentoring start-ups, charities and founders.
